    1996年12月26日，潍坊市有形建筑市场建成开业。山东省副省长陈抗甫、省
建委副主任张凯、省建工局局长张本松及潍坊市五大班子领导为市场开业剪彩。
市场开业后，市建委系统有关单位及市工商、财政、司法等部门进入市场，集中
办公，对工程报建、资质审查、监理、设计、施工合同鉴证、工程招投标、质量
监督、造价咨询、劳保统筹、施工管理、开(施)工许可证等手续实行一条龙服务，
解决了长期以来全市建筑工程承发包有“市”无“场”的问题。
