    1996年7月7日，潍坊市人民政府以潍政发［1996］64号文件下发了《潍坊市
建筑企业劳动保险费用行业管理暂行办法》，成立了潍坊市建筑企业劳动保险费
用行业管理办公室。全年累计收取劳保费用2000万元，其中县市区收取1300万元、
市直收取700万元， 列全省第二名。年底对施工企业拨付贴补1001万元，其中市
直企业630万元、各县市区施工企业371万元。
