    1996年，潍坊市建筑业坚持对外劳务开发，大力发展外向型经济。全行业对
外开发总人数达到42140人， 承揽施工产值14.7亿元，  分别比上年提高10％和
15.38％。其中出国1724人，承揽施工产值4.73亿元，分别比上年提高17.75％和
26.8％。主要分布在日本、新加坡、俄罗斯、以色列等12个国家。完成多种经营
产值10.17亿元， 实现利税6764.8万元，分别比上年提高15.04％和13.59％。潍
坊市建筑安装工程公司、诸城市建筑工程公司经国家经贸委批准，取得对外工程
承包权。
