二级企业13家、三级企业23家，吊销了不符合资质就位标准的22家企业的资质证
书。(2)加强了清理拖欠工程款工作。全年净回收拖欠工程款3.69亿元。(3)落实
了两个省级科技示范工程、12个市级科技示范工程，培训各类上岗人员2780人，
职工持证上岗率达到了75.2％。(4) 深入学习、宣传、贯彻、落实山东省八届人
大二十四次会议审议通过的《山东省建筑市场管理条例》，在建筑市场法规建设
上迈出了坚实的一步。
