    1996年， 按照省建委的部署，安丘、寿光、临朐、昌邑4个县市开展了村镇
房屋确权发证试点。至年底，完成村镇房屋确权发证18.5万户，面积1480万平方
米，为全市村镇房屋确权发证全面推开积累了经验。
