    1996年10月30日， 东风东街潍州路至青陵桥段建成通车。该段长860米，完
成投资560万元， 建设标准与西段一致。 至此， 东风街青陵桥至安顺路段全长
4420米拓宽改造工程全面竣工。同日，胜利东街北海路至牧校段建成通车。该路
段长800米，宽60米，铺装沥青混凝土路面3.55万平方米，铺设排水管道2566米，
完成投资450万元。由潍坊市市政设计研究院设计，潍坊市市政工程总公司施工。
12月30日，青年路仓南街至宝通街段拓宽改造工程竣工通车。该段总投资1900万
元， 长2546米、宽23米，铺装沥清混凝土路面5.9万平方米，拆迁房屋2.08万平
方米。自5月27日动拆，用7个月时间建成。
