    1996年，  潍坊市基本建设与重点工程建设完成市控制计划内固定资产投资
15.99亿元。新增固定资产8.5亿元，固定资产交付使用率达53％。当年施工项目
338个， 竣工项目167个，竣工面积63.48万平方米。在继续控制基建总规模的情
况下，集中力量抓在建的省、市重点工程建设。年内建设省、市重点工程项目20
项，共计完成投资6.2亿元，占年度计划的65％。其中竣工1项，完成投资2201万
元。
