    潍坊市邮电局自1996年8月1日起开始推行社会服务承诺制度。承诺制度包括
邮政、 电信两个部分。邮政部分有10条，电信部分共有3项、16条。为保证承诺
制度的顺利实施，市邮电局成立了以局长为组长、分管局长任副组长、有关部门
负责同志参加的“邮电社会服务承诺”领导小组，负责整个制度的落实，邮政质
量视检室和电信质量监督检查室具体负责受理客户投诉、检查落实和实施处罚。
