    为加快邮件传递速度， 适应市场经济的需要，自1996年4月18日起，潍坊--
日照、临沂--潍坊两条长途干线汽车邮路开通。这两条邮路开通后，潍坊市、
淄博市、东营市、烟台市、威海市、滨州市等局与日照市、临沂市互寄的各类邮
件不再由济南市、兖州市绕运，邮件传递可提前1天寄达。
