    1996年,青州卷烟厂在困难较多、压力较大、任务较重的情况下，突出重点、
克服困难，注重加强生产调度和工程指挥，实现了集团公司提出的“生产、技改
两不误” 的要求。 卷烟产量完成38万箱，其中嘴烟34.13万箱，占89.8%；光烟
3.87万箱， 占10.2%，分别比上年增加6.13万箱和减少6.12万箱。卷烟单箱利税
达到1237元,利润357元,分别比上年提高228元和48元。
