    1996年10月19日，东方烟草(集团)有限公司隆重举行青州卷烟厂“八五”技
改项目竣工投产剪彩仪式。山东省副省长邵桂芳、国家烟草专卖局副局长关政林、
山东省烟草专卖局局长王琨、潍坊市市长王大海、东方烟草(集团)有限公司董事
长聂文贡及地方政府、项目设计单位的领导为工程竣工剪彩。青州卷烟厂“八五”
技改项目总投资15768万元,建筑面积37635平方米,新增一条仿虹尼5000Kg/h制丝
线，设计生产能力50万箱。
