    1996年， 潍坊市农电工作取得明显成效。全市9个趸售县市的“三为”服务
达标均被命名为部级达标单位， 并全部通过了部级“农村电气化县”验收。有6
个县局实现了部级调度自动化实用化达标，36个变电站实现(或达到)了无人值班，
为潍坊市农业和农村经济发展奠定了可靠的、高质量的电力能源基础。
