    针对黄金矿山生产体制不完善、管理分散的现状，1996年，市黄金宝石工业
公司协同临朐县有关部门对现有生产体制进行了改革，在原金矿第二选厂的基础
上组建了杨桃金矿，并对原有生产设备进行了技术改造。生产体制的改革，促进
了生产力的发展，使综合生产能力比过去提高50％以上。
