    1996年3月18日，国务院对“盂(山西盂县) --潍--青(岛)输煤管道”批准立
项。 5月13日，国家计划委员会对“盂--潍--青输煤管道”项目建议书正式作出
批复；国家煤炭工业部随即组建了输煤管道总公司。年底，潍坊市煤炭工业公司
根据市政府批准的职能配置，正式设立输煤管道办公室。
