    1996年, 全系统开展了以“远学邯钢,近学亚星,抓管理、增效益”为主要内
容的增创活动,狠抓了“两项管理”(以人为本、严字当头的全方位管理和以财务
管理为中心、以成本管理为重点的核算体系管理)和节支降耗。通过这次活动,使
企业的整体素质和经济运行质量得到了明显提高,同时也收到了很好的经济效益。
据不完全统计,全年全系统实现管理效益1亿多元。
