    1996年，全市机械行业对少数几个企业作了调整。潍坊利行集装箱股份有限
公司因资不低债，被潍坊齿轮箱厂兼并；山东寿光机械总厂并入寿光聚宝农用车
辆总厂；山东高密晶宝特艺发展股份有限公司和安丘密封件厂因资不抵债，破产
关闭；山东昌乐拖车厂从潍坊东岳汽车联营公司中分离出来；青州南山铆焊有限
公司由山东工程机械厂的一个分厂变为一家独立的股份制企业；原山东高密金属
铸造股份有限公司更名为山东高密铸钢厂。
