    根据《潍坊市市级机构改革实施意见》，潍坊市水产局改称海洋与水产局，
为市政府主管全市海洋事务和渔业行政的职能部门，在主要职责上增加了海洋执
法、海洋管理、海洋建设、海洋保护等职能，这标志着潍坊市海洋事业迈向了统
一管理、协同作战、综合开发的新阶段。
