    1996年，在中国农业科学院、社会科学院陈幼春、刘振帮、罗应荣等教授的
指导下，高密市创办了“产业化与生态农业试验基地”，采用非手术胚胎移植技
术，将从意大利引进的良种肉牛--皮埃蒙特牛的冷冻胚胎分别移植到黑白花母牛
和“西本”(西门塔耳和当地黄牛)杂交一代母牛体内。共移植16头、成活11头，
移植成活率68.7%，达到国内先进水平。
