    为维护市区规划建设的正常秩序， 1996年10月-12月，市政府成立了由副市
长赵凤池任组长的领导小组，在市规划国土局设立了清查办公室，组织开展了查
处违法建设集中整顿市容活动。从规划国土局、建委、工商局、房管局等市直有
关部门和奎文、 潍城两区政府抽调人员逐街逐路进行清查。 查出各类违法建设
265起、25701平方米。到年底，依法拆除违法建设232起，11150平方米，其中申
请法院强制执行86起。
