    10月15日-20日， 市检察院副检察长滕世和参加了高检院在北京市怀柔县召
开的第三次全国监所检察工作会议，在会上作了题为《依法加强羁押期限监督，
努力杜绝超期羁押》的发言，介绍了全市检察机关监所检察部门强化监督意识，
坚持预防为主，建立健全制度，下大力气狠抓落实的经验，取得了自1985年以来
全市12个看守所共羁押犯罪嫌疑人、 被告人25377名没有发生超期羁押的成绩，
受到与会者的高度赞扬。
