    程清潭  山东省潍坊市寒亭区人，1937年生，大专文化程度，山东省潍坊华
侨幼儿师范学校讲师。他先后总结出了“点面教学法”、“口诀记忆法”等教学
规律，形成了知识题目化、题目系列化、系列规范化的教学特色。课堂上他运用
启发式教学法，使学生感到循序渐进易于接受。他还创造性地开展学生的思想教
育工作，把爱国主义教育、革命传统教育、重大节日教育、学生守则教育均纳入
思想教育的轨道。他写的十几篇教研论文在省、市刊物上发表，并获科研二等奖。
1982年他被评为潍坊地区优秀教师；1991年被评为全国优秀教师；1994年被评为
市劳动模范；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
