    程洪江  山东省昌乐县人，1952年生，高中文化程度，潍坊利达风机厂工人。
他从事钳工工作25年，每年累计参加义务劳动50余天，厂里的苦累脏险活抢着干，
有好几次晕倒在车间，被誉为厂里的“铁人”。他对工作精益求精，加工产品的
合格率一直保持在100％。他还积极投身企业的小改革、发明创造，参与改造了6
种生产设备和5种生产模具，为企业节支近300万元。他曾先后被县、市授予劳动
模范称号；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
