    焦敬铎  山东省平度市人，1937年生，中专文化程度，山东坊子酒厂厂长兼
党委书记。他自1981年任厂长以来，带领职工锐意改革，艰苦创业，使企业固定
资产增加8倍，白酒生产能力扩大3倍；在全省率先实现锅炉、酒精蒸馏、粮酒勾
兑微机控制；坊子白酒连续15年保持国优银牌，板桥系列荣获世界金奖；自1991
年以来连续4年被评为全国500家最佳经济效益工业企业。他先后获市劳动模范、
省“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章、发展“中国名优酒特别功臣”等荣誉称号；1995年被
评为山东省劳动模范。
