    傅玉兴  山东省昌邑市人，1949年生，中专文化程度，山东省昌邑水泥厂生
产技术科科长。他自1970年任昌邑水泥厂生产技术科长以来，共主持完成了石灰
石予均化、 应用网络技术、复合矿化剂等285项革新项目，大大加快了企业向机
械化、电气化、规模化发展的速度，使一个当时设计年生产能力3000吨的小型集
体企业，发展成年产42万吨水泥的中型二级企业。1994年完成水泥产量28.3万吨，
实现利税717万元。 他1990年被评为山东省建材系统劳动模范；1992年获市“富
民兴潍”劳动奖章；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
