    黄伟  山东省青州市人，1951年生，大学文化程度，山东起重机厂厂长、山
东起重运输机械研究所所长。他主持设计的100T高能压力机获省级科技成果二等
奖；主持研制的30.5T集装箱龙门起重机填补了国内空白；主持研制的40T简统型
货箱龙门起重机通过省级鉴定。 近几年先后主持研制了75T、100T、125T冶金起
重机、旋转电磁起重机、防爆起重机等14种新产品，增强了企业竞争力，产值由
1991年的2160万元提高到1994年的1.3亿元。 他1993年被评为“国家有突出贡献
的专家”；1994年获省“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
