    高玉美  女，山东省潍坊市潍城区人，1950年生，中专文化程度，潍坊百货
大楼股份有限公司副食组组长。她带领副食组的26名职工，在平凡的岗位上做出
了不平凡的业绩。为了维护消费者利益及公司信誉，她严把质量关，坚决杜绝假
冒伪劣商品进店上柜；她想顾客所想，开设了定做生日蛋糕、送货上门等服务；
还以名优新特商品为龙头，提高了有效商品库存率。她曾先后获得市先进女职工、
省先进女职工、市劳动模范等荣誉称号；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
