    郝际学  山东省昌乐县马宋镇河西村人，1947年生，初中文化程度，历任村
党支部副书记、书记等职。他自1989年以来，带头筹集资金18万元，先后建起了
可控制水浇面积达600亩和500亩的扬水站， 打机井9眼，大口井11眼，全村实现
水利化；整地500多亩，桑园70亩。同时，与村民联户办起了小地毯厂、罐头厂、
造纸厂和工副业生产小区。 1994年全村经济总收入达627万元，人均1850元。被
村民誉为带头致富的好党员。1994年他被评为潍坊市劳动模范；1995年被评为山
东省劳动模范。
