    周庆华  山东省高密市人，1954年生，大学文化程度，山东省高密市国家税
务局局长、党组书记。他自1992年任职以来，先后推行了干部人事制度、税务稽
查等十大改革；锻造了一支思想、业务、纪律、作风“四过硬”的干部队伍，连
年超额完成税收任务，实现了税收服务经济，经济促进税收的良性循环。高密市
税务局连年被潍坊市税务局评为税务系统先进集体。他1994年获省“富民兴鲁”
劳动奖章；1995年被评为省劳动模范。
