    杨广英  山东省牟平县人，1947年生，大专文化程度，原潍坊玻璃纸厂厂长
兼党委书记。他通过组织治理整顿和两改一管两优化，使一个濒临倒闭的大型企
业在短期内改变了面貌；他细化经济承包，跨区域租赁经营乡镇企业，实现了铜
版原纸自产配套；他推进技改步伐，自筹资金1000万元扩建第三条玻璃纸生产线，
使国内外供不应求的玻璃纸年生产5000余吨。四年间职工年人均收入增长202％。
1990年他被评为省一轻系统劳动模范；1995年获省“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章，被评
为山东省劳动模范。
