    刘清明  山东省临朐县人，1937年生，大学文化程度，潍坊市人民医院耳鼻
咽喉科主任。他多年来潜心研究喉癌和中耳炎的治疗，在喉癌的手术切除和发音
重建技术方面达到国际先进水平。其中“喉全切除后发音钮”在1991年国际发明
博览会上获金奖，并推广应用到全国17个省、市、自治区。在全国性专业刊物上
发表论文20余篇， 参加学术报告会12次，举办耳鼻喉科学习班7期，培养专业人
才300多名。 1985年获市劳动模范称号；  1986年被评为全国文明先进工作者，
1993年获“科技兴潍”先进个人称号；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
