    刘守富  山东省临朐县人，1952年生，大专文化程度，临朐县临朐镇粟山村
党支部书记、实业总公司总经理。他积极推进农村改革，大力发展农村经济，在
发展农业基础的同时， 努力发挥本村优势发展工副业，由1984年的2个村办项目
发展到13个企业， 个体、联合体、私营企业162家。1994年工农业总收入7600万
元， 人均收入2000元，集体公共积累600万元。在全县率先实行了依法治村，开
展了“四进家”活动。该村先后被评为“市模范村”、“市文明村”和“乡镇企
业明星村” 。 他本人也先后被授予“县优秀创业者”和“市劳动模范”称号。
1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
