    刘军  山东省平度市人，1955年生，大专文化程度，潍坊第二棉纺织厂厂长
兼党委书记。他团结带领干部职工，在全国棉纺织行业大滑坡的严峻形势下，取
得物质、精神文明双丰收，截止到1994年，企业固定资产已达6187万元；年产值
10302万元， 是1990年的1.75倍；销售收入10422万元，是1990年的2.1倍；出口
交货值7272万元， 是1990年的20.2倍。 他曾先后获得“山东省优秀企业家”、
“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章和全国“当代改革英才”等荣誉称号；1995年被评为山东
省劳动模范。
