    吕钸章  山东省高密市人，1943年生，中专文化程度，山东省高密市第一棉
油加工总厂机械车间代班长。自1958年参加工作以来，他刻苦学习文化和专业技
术知识，熟练地掌握了钻、磨、镗、铣、车、刨等操作技能。潜心研究钢材下料
技术，改进零部件加工工艺，每年为厂降低材料费20多万元。修旧利废每年为厂
节约资金5万多元。 他1994年获“潍坊市劳动模范”称号，1995年被评为山东省
劳动模范。
