    孙乃喜  山东省昌邑市人，1941年生，大专文化程度，潍坊啤酒厂厂长兼党
委书记。 他是在潍坊啤酒厂1990年亏损472万元，企业濒临破产的情况下，担任
该厂厂长兼党委书记的。四年来，他紧紧依靠全厂干部职工，强化职工质量意识，
加强企业内部管理， 积极开拓市场，1991年一举扭亏为盈，实现利税110万元，
1992年实现利税358万元，1993年实现利税768万元，1994年实现利税1060万元。
1993年他被评为山东省一轻厅劳动模范；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
