    方海霞  女，山东省寿光市人，1973年生，初中文化程度，山东潍坊巨龙集
团总公司长丝分厂加工车间挡车工。她自1991年入厂后，苦练操作技术，接头每
分钟28个，超出部颁标准8个；扒丝饼2分钟，比标准快1分钟。1993-1994年两年
平均日产量达91.5公斤，超出部颁标准近30公斤。1994年一等品制成率99.5％，
超标准5个百分点。三年为企业多创利润6万多元。1993年省总工会授予她“先进
女职工”称号；1994年省总工会授予其“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章；1995年被评为山
东省劳动模范。
