    王新棣  山东省安丘市人，1941年生，高中文化程度，山东省安丘市造纸厂
生产技术管理处处长。为促进企业管理工作的系统化、标准化、规范化建设，他
主持制定了企业完善的《管理标准》、《技术标准》、《工作标准》和《统计核
算标准》；主持制定了历年的内部生产经营承包管理方案和厂经济责任制制度；
积极推行：“网络计划技术”、“量本利技术”、“目标层次管理”和“回归分
析法”；在全厂建成了微机生产管理网络。他先后被评为安丘市劳动模范、潍坊
市优秀共产党员；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
