    王新华  山东省平度市人，1946年生，大学文化程度，潍坊华光电子(集团)
股份有限公司董事长兼总经理、党委书记。他用战略眼光吸纳培养人才，以勇于
探索和实践高新技术企业的管理体制改革而著称。 十年来，企业经济效益翻了7
番，产值增长了100多倍。1994年国家统计局排出竞争力强的国内100家大中型企
业，“华光”名列75位。他先后获得“山东省优秀企业家”、“富民兴鲁”劳动
奖章和市劳动模范等荣誉称号；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
