    王兆华  山东省高密市人，1946年生，中专文化程度，高密市高密镇西关村
党支部书记、山东三佳集团公司董事长兼总经理。改革开放以来，他团结带领全
村干部群众，大力发展村办集体经济，到1995年止，西关村有职工3200人，固定
资产1.17亿元；1994年全村完成总产值2.75亿元，实现利税1640万元，人均年收
入2850元。西关村先后被评为“潍坊市文明单位”和“潍坊市经济十强村”。他
先后被评为“山东省农业劳动模范”、“全国乡镇企业家”；1995年被评为山东
省劳动模范。
