    王云兴  山东省即墨市人，1959年生，初中文化程度，山东省潍坊建筑安装
工程公司第一分公司瓦工班长。自1979年参加工作以来，他兢兢业业，创出了12
个优良工程；在工作与家庭的天平上他心系班组，妻子患肾病住院，未曾照顾过
一次；在资金分配上，坚持让班委会研究分配方案，自己从不拿头奖，坚持把高
奖金让给班里的骨干。1993年被市总工会授予“富民兴潍”先进个人称号；1994
年被省总工会授予“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
