    丁忠平  山东省青州市人，1952年生，大专文化程度，青州市昭德街道办事
处南营村党支部书记。他自任村党支部书记以来，狠抓村集体经济的发展，先后
建起了印刷厂、 沙发厂、优仔康食品有限公司、南山大酒店等9处集体企业，把
一个年工农业产值不到15万元， 人均收入不足300元的穷村，变成了一个年工农
业产值11400万元， 人均收入2608元的小康村。1993年他被授予潍坊市乡镇企业
家称号；1994年被评为潍坊市劳动模范；1995年被评为山东省劳动模范。
