    李曰锐  山东省昌邑市人，1943年生，初中文化程度，山东省昌邑市下营港
务局船组长。他在海上拼搏了30多年，带领船组安全航行10万海里无事故，年运
量由1989年的10余万吨增加到1995年的20余万吨，利税翻番。他还在船组中开展
“处处勤俭节约” 活动，他本人十几年来共节油13250公斤；提出的合理化建议
为企业节约修船费40余万元； 自行设计改造一艘美式旧船节约资金5万元。在从
未接触过自航船的情况下， 首次把5艘自航船从浙江平安驾驶到了下营港。1988
年获“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章；1989年被评为山东省劳动模范；1995年被评为全国
劳动模范。
