    王来元  山东省聊城市人，1949年生，高小文化程度，潍坊市邮电局装机班
班长。 他在市话装机岗位上，埋头苦干了30个春秋，累计加班312天，为用户安
装迁移电话1627部。近几年，装电话难成为突出问题，但他从不借工作之便谋取
私利， 自1986年-1995年，他谢绝吃请近千次，拒收礼品价值近万元。他先后获
得市“富民兴潍”劳动奖章、全国邮电特等劳动模范、全国职业道德先进个人等
光荣称号；1995年被评为全国劳动模范。
