    1995年， 全市总人口由1994年的220.5万户、816.93万人增至223.99万户、
820.81万人。 一年间户数净增3.49万户，平均每户由3.7人减少到3.66人；人口
净增3.88万人，增长4.7‰。在总人口中，男性由416.42万人增至418万人，女性
由400.51万人增至402.8万人， 男女比例由103.97∶100降至103.77∶100。农业
人口由710.37万人减少到700.76万人， 净减9.61万人，减少1.4％；占总人口的
比例由86.96％下降到85.37％；非农业人口由106.56万人增至120.04万人，净增
13.48万人；人口出生率由1994年的9.11‰上升到1995年的11.39‰；人口死亡率
由6.68‰下降至6.3‰； 人口自然增长率由1994年的2.43‰上升到1995年的5.47
‰。
    1995年全市共迁入人口32.54万人，迁出33.22万人，迁出比迁入多0.68万人。
