    临朐县1993年被国家文化部授予“全国文化先进县”称号之后，继续努力，
不断前进，创造了优异成绩。1995年又被国家文化部和劳动人事部授予“全国文
化模范县”光荣称号，在全市仍处领先地位。青州市在全省社会文化先进县的基
础上，加大创建力度，大步前进，1995年被国家文化部授予“全国文化先进县”
称号。高密市、寒亭区通过积极的创建工作，也跨入了省级社会文化先进县(区)
的行列。
