    1995年，全市加强了县、乡、村三级成教办学网络建设，进一步促进了全市
农科教结合和实用技术培训的开展。又有23处乡镇成教中心校达到省级示范校标
准。各级成人学校根据当地经济发展需要，与农业、科技等部门紧密配合，广泛
开展农科教结合和实用技术培训， 共培训农村劳动力170万人次，回乡初高中毕
业生全部参加了培训， 使他们普遍掌握了1-2项实用新技术。潍坊市教委被评为
全省农村成人教育先进单位。
