    为缓解潍坊市区装修电话难的问题，加强市话网路管理，提高全网运行质量，
改善服务，市邮电局自1995年11月16日开始实施号线系统工程。
    潍坊市邮电局采用的TMS号线管理系统具有全自动配线配号、 街区图管理、
交接箱管理、户线设备管理等特点。这一系统的应用，是市内电话系统管理方式
上的一次革命，也是逐步实现管理现代化，促进潍坊市内电话持续高速发展的重
要决策。该系统的实施，大大提高了装、拆、移、修机的工作效率，提高了服务
水平。
