    1995年，潍坊海关按照“内抓管理、外抓服务”的新思路，树立“开放、服
务、宽松、参与”四个意识，深化业务改革，转变工作作风，深入宣传并努力帮
助企业用好优惠政策，推动了潍坊市开放型经济的发展。全年共监管进出口货物
85935吨，货物总值15108.26万美元；监管进出境船舶9艘次；办理三资企业登记
备案1354家，加工贸易合同备案1251个，为潍坊市审批减免税额5.42亿元。
