    青州市工商局本着“培养人才、提高素质、以学为媒、沟通全国”的原则，
与潍坊教育学院联合筹办了个体私营经济大专班。大专班设财会、经济管理、微
机3个专业，分函授和脱产两种形式，面向全国具有高中(中专) 学历的个体工商
户和私营企业的工作人员及其子女招生。个体私营经济大专班第一期86名学员，
于1995年3月5日正式开学。这个大专班是我国第一个专为个体私营企业培养优秀
管理人才的大专班。
