    全市个体私营经济改变了过去点多、面广、量小的局面，开始出现了区域化、
专业化、集约化发展的势头。全市以个体私营经济为主的专业乡(镇)发展到11个，
专业村1155个，从业人员超过3万人，初步建起个体私营经济发展专业园区51个，
从业人员3.5万人。 其中省政府唯一批准享受省级开发区政策的山东青州个体私
营经济试验区已形成较大规模。昌邑市围子镇“鲁东铸造城”占地2500亩，内有
铸造业户800余家，注册资本30万元以上的业户已达410家，成为全省规模最大的
个体私营经济专业区。
