    1995年，全市商业系统以深入开展“管理效益年”活动为主线，开拓经营，
狠抓商业网点建设，取得了较好成绩。1995年，全系统完成商品购进总值201445
万元，比1994年增长12.4％；完成商品销售总额239538万元，比1994年增长12.5
％；实现利税5104万元，比1994年下降8.5％,其中利润比1994年减少1297万元。
利税下降的主要原因是市直及部分县市区处理历年亏损1500多万元所致。
